A boarded up Rudy’s Barbershop completely closed off in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood.  Posters reading “Suspend rent” and “Food soon” are on clear display. Businesses continue to suffer as Seattle’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order remains in full effect.
